Sizing. ． ．

Because of the STANDARD foot shape, the same size selection as TORIN 7 and PARADIGM 7, which have the same shape, felt generally fine. However, the fit around the instep is high, so if you have a high instep, we recommend going up a half size.

For those who are new to ALTRA
STRIDE LAB recommends that ALTRA shoes be sized with about 1.3cm of room from the "toe" to avoid any problems.

For example, if your actual measurement (heel to toe) is 25.0cm, the size with +1.3cm of leeway is 26.3cm, so you should choose a size equivalent to 26.5cm.
