Altra FWD Experience has appeared as Altra's completely new transition shoes (migration period shoes). Until now, all models of Altra used a balanced cushion (0mm drop), but for the first time the drop shoes were developed, it would be more common to wear drop shoes that were generally nearly 10mm. Many voices say that wearing 0mm drop shoes felt uncomfortable. In order to solve this task from the beginning, a 4mm drop close to a natural state was adopted, and it was developed as a transition shoes before getting used to a balance cushion (0mm drop).

Altura's familiar "FOOTSHAPE" design remains the same, and the midsole adopts the EVA material to achieve some flexibility and lightness, and is lower than other companies' products. By adopting a locker shape, it achieves efficient toof and smooth stride. Unlike the EGO series used in "Escalante 3 (Escalante 3)" and "Torin 7 (Torin 7)", the midsole is 28.5cm by adopting the only compressed EVA material in the road model. It is a lightweight model with 240g and Altra models.

About size

In order to adopt a standard foot shape, I felt that the same size was the same size as Torin 7 (Torin 7) and Paradigm 7 (paradigm 7). However, the fit around the instep is high, so if you have a higher instep, we recommend that you increase the half size.

STRIDE LAB (Stride Lab) guides Altra's shoes as a size that is less likely to cause problems with the size of 1.3 cm from the "toe". For example, if the measured value (length from the heel to the toe) is 25.0cm, the size equivalent to 26.5cm is selected because the size with+1.3 is 26.3cm.
