OCTA® CPCP® used as a fleece
In recent years, the rapidly expanded outdoor wear and active insulation category.
Overseas brands mainly developed products. One of the batting materials of such active insulation was TEIJIN OCTA® CPCP®, which was a material with its light weight and high heat retention.
STATIC usually selected OCTA® CPCP®, a normal nylon material lining material, on one piece. The brand of brands that are developing with high altitude and dry climate is that it is heavy in Japan, which is heavy and often carried as warm clothes because it packs OCTA® CPCP® with shell material.
Because of the special mesh structure, it is overwhelmingly light than the 300g fleece, which is generally said to be thin, has a very high weight retention of the weight and is excellent in portability.
Adoption of recycling material
OCTA® fabric is composed of two types of fibers: polyester wooly fibers and polyester hollow octopus foot separation fiber.
Among them, 53.6%of Woolley thread is replaced with recycled polyester (Ecopet®), reducing environmental load.
46.4%will be the normal polyester hollow octopus foot crossing thread.

What is OCTA® CPCP®?
OCTA® CPCP®, a mesh fleece material that integrates a variant cross -sectional hollow polyester brushed fiber that becomes a heat -retaining material in the mesh material on the table.
Polyester fabric featuring its lightness, warmth, and good heat. It is usually used as a lining, but it is used as a single fleece in Static.
Material characteristics
